Returns & Refunds
Important Note About Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. Please review your design proof carefully before approval.
What Can Be Returned
We stand behind the quality of our work. Returns are accepted for:
- Defective Products: Items with manufacturing defects or damage during production
- Shipping Damage: Products damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- Our Error: Incorrect product shipped or production errors that don't match your approved proof
- Standard Products: Non-custom, stock items within 14 days of delivery (must be unused and in original packaging)
What Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-designed products after proof approval
- Products with customer-provided artwork or specifications
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- Orders where the customer error in design or specifications
- Products ordered with incorrect dimensions provided by customer
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via email at info@premierbanners.com or call (601) 477-5274
- Provide your order number and photos of the defect or damage
- Wait for approval - Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days
- Receive return authorization - If approved, we'll provide a return authorization number and instructions
- Ship the item back - Package the item securely and ship to our address (we'll provide a prepaid label for defective items)
Refund Policy
Defective Products or Our Error:
Full refund or free replacement at your choice. Shipping costs will be refunded if the product was defective or shipped incorrectly.
Standard Product Returns:
Refund of product cost minus original shipping fees. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the packaging
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and send a replacement
