Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is due at the time of order placement
• We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor
• Custom orders require approval of design proof before production begins

Custom Design Work

For custom orders:

• You are responsible for providing accurate specifications and artwork
• We will provide a proof for your approval before production
• Once approved, changes may incur additional fees
• You warrant that you own all rights to submitted designs or have permission to use them
• We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain inappropriate or copyrighted content

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms:

• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Local pickup is available at our Ellisville, MS location

Returns and Refunds

Please see our Returns Policy for detailed information. In summary:

• Custom orders are generally non-refundable once production begins
• Defective products will be replaced or refunded
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Limitation of Liability

Premier Banners & Graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
